Residents would pay their electricity bill to Dominion Energy, their gas bill to Washington Gas, and their water bill along with their rent.

Parking is available and its free! We have an open lot with unassigned spaces.

All our homes come with an in-unit washer and dryer.

A.J. Dwoskin & Associates has an animal policy. We allow up to two animals per household and all animals must be registered with the leasing office. There is a monthly animal rent per animal ($50.00/monthly) and a one-time animal fee of $500.00 for up to (2) animals. We allow canines up to 100lbs and we do have a restricted breed and animal list.

Prospective residents may apply on-line or in person. Applicants 18 years and older are required to submit a valid government issued I.D. as well as proof of income. All members of the household are required to be listed on the application and all persons 18 years and older are required to submit applications and the corresponding documentation. Due at the time of application is the $50.00 application fee (per applicant) and a $400.00 reservation/holding fee. Once the application and all necessary documents are submitted, the completion of the screenings can take anywhere between 3 and 5 days.

There are minimum income and credit requirements. In regard to income requirements, we do not have a maximum income limit however the minimum income requirement is based off of the rental rate of the home/lease term of the prospective resident’s choice. As for credit requirements, we do not have a minimum credit score requirement however, credit history is a determining factor.

For emergencies, please do not hesitate to contact our Emergency Maintenance Hotline at (571)989-7782 24/7. Once a technician is notified, they will service your home within the hour. For non-emergency work orders, the easiest way to submit a work order would be through the resident portal. You may submit work orders through the resident portal 24/7. These work orders are addressed during normal business hours and will be completed within 48 hours from the date of submission. Please note, it is imperative that emergency maintenance requests are not submitted through the resident portal and are called in on the emergency maintenance hotline.

Yes, you may pay your rent through your resident portal. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, and/or checking account. There are no convenience fees associated with paying your rent on-line and a confirmation/receipt is provided to you automatically!
